winter weekend fun kids moncton riverview dieppe family day

What to do with the Kids this Weekend in Greater Moncton (Jan 31-Feb 1)

Welcome to the weekend everyone – and to February!! Hard to believe, eh? In case you forgot, Sunday is Groundhog Day! Click our post for a quick craft idea and links to some popular groundhogs to check out.

So, good news first: it looks like it’s going to warm up a bit this weekend AND we’re going to get some great snow for enjoying all the upcoming Winter Carnivals! Bad news: weather changes in the winter sometimes mean events get postponed or cancelled before we can update this list, so this is your friendly weekly reminder to click through to the source links

Also remember, you can always find details on indoor places to play on our MEGA LIST of things to do with kids in Moncton, as well as our seasonal round ups for winter, maple camps, and more. And park conditions (for outdoor skating, sliding hills, etc.) are updated daily on Moncton, Dieppe, and Riverview’s websites.

Now, on to the big events this weekend!

WINTER CARNIVALS

It’s Winter Carnival season, with festivals happening in Alma, Shediac, and Petitcodiac this weekend. Here are some highlights:
