Let’s be real folks. At some point in your life, maybe this year, maybe years ago, you made a New Year’s Resolution to eat better and move more. And I’m willing to bet you didn’t stick with it. That’s okay. I’ve done the same. Most of us have, but for many, there comes a point when that decision to change sticks. And hearing how that happens for other people can be a great motivator to find your own ‘why’ and make a change. Forget the calendar. You don’t need to wait for the start of a year, a month, or even a week. You need to find your when and start.
That’s what current fitness enthusiast Tracy McLaughlin learned. She’s a role model to many now, leading healthy eating challenges and running groups, but that wasn’t always the case. She shares her story this week on the podcast, in the hopes it will inspire someone else to find their why and make a change that’s been a long time coming.
